Do I need a subscription to charge?
No. Just drive in, plug and pay by card or app. Plus membership (€9/mo) saves ~20% and adds reservations, but Flex pay-as-you-go works everywhere.
What if my reserved bay is occupied?
Our cameras detect blocking in 30 seconds. We auto-assign the nearest free bay, guide you via app, and credit €5 plus free 15 min. ICE-ing rate is under 0.4%.
Which connectors do you support?
CCS2 up to 350 kW, CHAdeMO 125 kW, NACS 250 kW and Type 2 AC 22 kW. Cables are attached — no need to bring your own.
Is parking really free while charging?
Yes — up to 60 min on Flex and 90 min on Plus. After that €0.05/min to keep turnover fair. Overnight tariff parks + slow-charges for a flat €12.
Do you offer solutions for businesses?
We design, install and operate hubs on your parking: malls, offices, hotels, fleets. Revenue share from day one, zero CAPEX option available.
